Quinn's first real time with a real tie

The cause for this forced bit of growing up was the sixth grade band winter concert.  First, there was defiance, then, resentment.  Resignation came thereafter followed eventually by acceptance.  Imagine how surprised Quinn was when he realized how good he looked with it.
